Judging for Roots and River has been such an incredible experience. Each piece felt like its own world, pulling me into places, emotions, and moments I’d never thought to imagine. I loved getting to live in these snapshots, experiencing lives and situations so different from my own. Congratulations to everyone who made it into the anthology! It was inspiring to see how each writer brought something unique to the table. Thank you all for sharing these journeys!
